Let's simplify and SPEED up permitting in Hawai​ʻi.

We're bringing together hundreds of state and city government leaders, permitting agency officials, building industry professionals, and other stakeholders to collaborate on ways that we can reduce permitting delays, so we can expand affordable housing and increase economic development in Hawaiʻi.

9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. - Presentations on the SPEED Task Force's findings and recommendations

12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Lunch and remarks by state leaders

1:00 p.m. - 2:45 p.m. - Breakout discussions on opportunity themes (workforce development, technology, stakeholder engagement, and TBA)

2:45 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. - Breakout discussions by counties

4:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Closing remarks and performance
